The founder, William Patton, Jr. is a local contractor with over 20 years of experience in the construction trades. He founded the to organization formalize a plan to revitalize distressed neighborhoods and to teach local young people between the ages of 18-24 a construction trade. After the completion of 6 to 12 week paid training program, graduates will be placed in a construction areas of their interest. |
